SPOON DOG currently ships exclusively within Hong Kong. If you are based overseas and wish to try our botanical formulas, please email us at support@spoon.dog OR WhatsApp +852 9222 1576 — we will do our best to arrange a custom delivery for you.

• Hong Kong Delivery — Your order is dispatched via SF Express, providing a prompt, worry-free, and dependable local shipping service.

 

• Rates — A flat rate of HK$35 applies to orders under HK$300. We offer free delivery on orders of HK$300 or above.

 

• Processing Time — Our treats are freshly handcrafted and therefore, please allow 2–3 business days for us to prepare and dispatch your batch. Once handed over to SF Express, standard transit time is typically 1-2 business days.
