We know that every dog’s routine is unique, which is why we have made managing your SPOON DOG subscription completely effortless and flexible.

• Total Control — You can pause, skip a delivery, or cancel your recurring order at any time directly through your customer account portal on our website.
• Timing — To ensure our workshop does not begin preparing your next batch, please submit any cancellations or changes at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Orders that have already been billed and processed cannot be cancelled.
